remember that day LO

Hello friends!

It has been quite some time since last I was  here, life just kept me busy.  This time around I could not help but try a LO using Altenew  latest Sketch Challenge and their building blocks die set and Geo frames ( square )


these boys awaited impatiently until they had enough money to buy this set.the day they put this droid together has been one of the happiest of their summer. They put their savings and effort together to accomplish this. I simply love their friendship and smiles.

I also put together a CAS clock face design. I used some leftover paper pieces to create a quick fall decor. I think it is missing something, what do you think? I think I need to change the plastic rim color of the clock and maybe add more leaves...





I hope to be back on the crafting world soon, I need to go through a stash of paper and some unused Altenew goodies I really want to play with!

Summer Fun Blog Hop, day 4

Hello friends, welcome to day 4 of our Summer Fun Blog Hop!                                 Don't you just love all the projects showcased this week? I am so lucky to be part of this fantastic hop I could not resist to keep on creating and today I want to share with you another Farm inspired project. This time I created a Piñata by recycling a box, using some scrap card stock, crepe paper, the fabulous eBosser, Xyron Corner Glue Stick, sticker maker and the X Tape Runner. I started by removing the flaps from the top of the box and then scoring two horizontal lines on the sides of it and a diagonal from the upper center point to the line on the sides. Cut slits on the corners all the way to the scored lines. Cut a small square on each side -just below the scored line-to run the rope thru them.
