PDE Party: Easel cards

Hello crafty friends!

It is time for another fun linky Party over at PDE. This weeks theme: Easel cards.

 Here is my CAS card. This will be part of a set I will be giving my dear friend Tonya for her upcoming BD. What do you think?




  1. For this card I used a square cut using MCT 4" square stitched die and an 8" x 4" rectangle out of kraft stock.
  2.  The sentiment is from Inspired By Stamping: Big Notes II, stamped using red memento ink.
  3.  The adhesive bling squares are from Darice. 
  4. The tree is debossed from a Darice folder and colored it in with markers. 


This is a 10 minute card easy to mass produce. I hope you like it!

Summer Fun Blog Hop, day 4

Hello friends, welcome to day 4 of our Summer Fun Blog Hop!                                 Don't you just love all the projects showcased this week? I am so lucky to be part of this fantastic hop I could not resist to keep on creating and today I want to share with you another Farm inspired project. This time I created a Piñata by recycling a box, using some scrap card stock, crepe paper, the fabulous eBosser, Xyron Corner Glue Stick, sticker maker and the X Tape Runner. I started by removing the flaps from the top of the box and then scoring two horizontal lines on the sides of it and a diagonal from the upper center point to the line on the sides. Cut slits on the corners all the way to the scored lines. Cut a small square on each side -just below the scored line-to run the rope thru them.
