Bring May flowers, A2 card

Happy Friday to all!!!!

TGIF!!! *insert happy dance* so you know what this means right? It  is time for another Fun Friday Challenge over at Little Scrap Pieces! I am honored to be guest designing this week for the: "...Bring May Flowers ..." challenge.

Without further ado here is my take:

I used the DCWV's April's Stack-a-holic card sketch
along with papers from the Stack 8 (Green and Blue) and
Floral paper is from DCWV's Adhesive Paper, Borders
Archival ink, Black
Cricut cuts:
 Umbrella (Cricut Alphabet)
Wild Flowers (Pooh and Friends)
 and Tulip (Create a Critter)
Sentiment from Studio 118
Grosgrain Ribbon
Twine
adhesives
Rickrack from HL
sewing machine, thread
Watercolor markers
White and Kraft  Cardstock

If you have visited me before, you know I love to add a detachable little something to almost all my cards, this time the focal point is a bookmark :)

I hope you leave inspired! We look forward to your entries for this challenge :)

Don't forget there is still time to come and play on this week's Exploring Cricut Challenge :): It's a Spring Thing!

Summer Fun Blog Hop, day 4

Hello friends, welcome to day 4 of our Summer Fun Blog Hop!                                 Don't you just love all the projects showcased this week? I am so lucky to be part of this fantastic hop I could not resist to keep on creating and today I want to share with you another Farm inspired project. This time I created a Piñata by recycling a box, using some scrap card stock, crepe paper, the fabulous eBosser, Xyron Corner Glue Stick, sticker maker and the X Tape Runner. I started by removing the flaps from the top of the box and then scoring two horizontal lines on the sides of it and a diagonal from the upper center point to the line on the sides. Cut slits on the corners all the way to the scored lines. Cut a small square on each side -just below the scored line-to run the rope thru them.
