two in one ;)

Hello again!

After a good long walk with our trick or treaters and tons of sugar LOL! I am back with another card and a home decor project

The First one inspired by this week's challenge over at PKS which by the way I messed up completely LOL!!I have no idea how I got stuck with the Home Decor part and missed the WALL part!!!! anyhow, here it is.

The door hanger is from HL. I stained it using Minwax red mahogany stain and hand painted with acrylic paints. I used liquid pearls for the snow flakes, dimensional paint for the letters and stamped the peachy face with Staz on.

Now for my card, I  made this Circular Twisted easel ornament with heavy duty foil, dry and heat embossed. The ribbon band helps keep it closed. Once again the colors were inspired by this weeks inspiration phooto over at IBSIC

What do you think? Thank you for taking time to stop by, have blessed and wonderful  day!

Summer Fun Blog Hop, day 4

Hello friends, welcome to day 4 of our Summer Fun Blog Hop!                                 Don't you just love all the projects showcased this week? I am so lucky to be part of this fantastic hop I could not resist to keep on creating and today I want to share with you another Farm inspired project. This time I created a Piñata by recycling a box, using some scrap card stock, crepe paper, the fabulous eBosser, Xyron Corner Glue Stick, sticker maker and the X Tape Runner. I started by removing the flaps from the top of the box and then scoring two horizontal lines on the sides of it and a diagonal from the upper center point to the line on the sides. Cut slits on the corners all the way to the scored lines. Cut a small square on each side -just below the scored line-to run the rope thru them. Also, cut an opening on the back so you can fill it with goodies. Folded the new flaps inwards. Gl...
