I am back to share with you a CAS 12” LO, created using the Casual Fridays Loving Thoughts Stamp set and the Casual Vine Frie-Dies along with the fabulous eBosser and various  journal tag metal dies.


Creative supplies:
Casual Fridays Loving Thoughts Stamp set
Casual Vine Frie-Dies
Mums the Word stamp set
MCT journaling metal dies 4x6 and 3x4
IBS SENTIMENTS (linking over at their monthly blog hop)
Crinkle ribbon
Sewing machine
Faber-Casttle Pink Gelatto
Archival ink in black, coral and hot pink
Translucent sticker (12”)
Patterned Paper is from DCWV
12X12 White cardstock is Core’dinations smoth texture
Adhesive


eBosser plate combo: A + Metal Die + Paper +CD
Craft Level: Easy
Time: 15-30 mins

Creative process:

This LO could not be easier to create, actually my inspiration is a mix from a sketch I found and the current Three Thirds challenge our FABULOUS sponsor  Cas-ual Fridays has going on.

First cut your patterned paper using your metal dies and eBosser. Position your matts where you want them. Stamp your sentiment from Casual Fridays Loving Thoughts Stamp set and from Mums the Word stamp set. Add three flowers, I used the smallest ones from Loving Thoughts. Embellish your picture frame with the vine.

Using your gelatto run a line across the top of your page. Using a damp brush blend the color in. Let dry. Stamp the sentiment from Casual Fridays Loving Thoughts Stamp set, three times. I stamped the left and right first so I could “center” –more like eyeball- the one on the center.

Stamp the medium sized flowers from Mums the Word stamp set between your stamped sentiments.


Using your sewing machine, sew the ribbon under your sentiment “border”. To balance it off, I added a translucent sticker to the bottom of the page. Easy right! I hope you found some inspiration today to go hide in your Craft Room and that you come back to visit soon!

Summer Fun Blog Hop, day 4

Hello friends, welcome to day 4 of our Summer Fun Blog Hop!                                 Don't you just love all the projects showcased this week? I am so lucky to be part of this fantastic hop I could not resist to keep on creating and today I want to share with you another Farm inspired project. This time I created a Piñata by recycling a box, using some scrap card stock, crepe paper, the fabulous eBosser, Xyron Corner Glue Stick, sticker maker and the X Tape Runner. I started by removing the flaps from the top of the box and then scoring two horizontal lines on the sides of it and a diagonal from the upper center point to the line on the sides. Cut slits on the corners all the way to the scored lines. Cut a small square on each side -just below the scored line-to run the rope thru them.
