Happy Friday Friends!
Welcome
to my little slice of cyberspace! I cannot express my excitement for being this
week's Guest Designer for Miss Emma over at My Creative Time! I am so honored. As many of you, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! all of her products, and I
enjoy creating with them.
Today I
have a few projects to share, I know I kind of went overboard LOL! Who can
resist playing with these fabulous products? I for one, can't! :)
The first
one is my very first pocket style page. I used SN@P pocket pages and the
4" Die from the 4x4 Journal Die + More set ( MCT-D61) that fits like a
glove on the square pocket! I could not be happier to see how quickly you can
accomplish a PP using this dies and my eBosser:
Creative Supplies:
Foil
Clear Accents or permanent adhesive of your choice
Cardstock
Pocket page
Creative Process:
For the
narrow pocket cut a 2 ½” x 8 3/8” strip of paper (DCWV) (
The subtitle was previously printed). Using one of the Fun Stitched Edges (MCT-D58) finished the left edge. Since the paper strip
is larger than the actual die I cut half of it first and then the other half overlapping
the die, to “extend” the design. I ran it through my eBosser.
For the Arch cut a 2 ½” inch
square out of foil. Fold it in half and using the “wave” edge from the Fun
Stitched Edges (MCT-D58) cut the Arch. Once you run it through your die cutting machine open the cut and voila! you got an Arch. The tittle was
created using Lower Case Fun Dies (MCT-D17)
For the top square pocket use the
Polaroid Frame from 4x4 Journal Die + More set ( MCT-D61), The
Stitched Camera Die (MCT-D37), and sentiment from the new Never Be Lost
Stamp Set (MCT-146)
For the
bottom square pocket use the Geo Tag from Never Be Lost Stamp Set (MCT-146)
to mark the location on the map.
Here are the rest of my projects:
Next a couple of bookmarks:
This page was scamned to prevent the glare from the PP. Thanks for undersanding :)
The story behind: My husband dare me to ask one of the Country Bears for a dance. He thought I would not do it since I am shy, ha! he did not see this coming! LOL! it was fun to dance with this furry fella'.
For the Background: Fly Away With Me dies On the top square I used the negative of the clouds and gelatos. On the lower square I used vellum clouds, two different looking backgrounds with one set.
Next a couple of bookmarks:
Stitched Fun Ticket Dies (MCT D26)
I made a few more projects but I will share them later, otherwise you will spend your weekend reading this post :)
That is it for me friends, I hope you have enjoyed visiting! Thank you for stopping by, and
THANK YOU MISS EMMA, for such a great opportunity!
Have a wonderful weekend and happy crafting !
